Shipping Policy

To ensure you are fully satisfied with the product and experience, we require 2 - 3 working days to process your order and 5 - 7 working days to have the delivered to your doorstep.
Working days do not include - Saturday / Sunday or any national holiday.

Prepaid Shipping is free within India.

For COD orders, COD Shipping is ₹100 (INR 100).

Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

In case of order cancellation, a full refund will only be provided for orders that have been cancelled before dispatch. After that, any orders that customer wants to cancel, a shipping charge of ₹50 (INR 50) will be charged along with a convenience fee of ₹50 (INR 50).

We do not accept any returns/exchanges without a proper unboxing of the package. If your order was damaged you can mail or WhatsApp us the video with pictures of the damaged goods and we will despatch a new product to you after verification.
